St. John’s – St. Margaret’s Nursing Home started operations in July 2021. It is a community service initiative of SJSM Church and a joint project between SAMH and SJSM Church. Located at the grounds of the current SJSM Church, SJSM Village will be an integrated provider of childcare and infant care as well as medical, nursing care, respite and home-based care for seniors when it is fully operational in 2021. The complex will feature spaces and programmes that facilitate and nurture intergenerational connectivity and activities, with the aim of improving the quality of life for both seniors and pre-schoolers. For 60 years, St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors System, a faith-based and not-for-profit organization in the state of Missouri, has been the place where seniors, their families, and their caregivers find answers.
St. Andrew’s transitional and secure memory care nursing homes help older adults experiencing Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, along with other forms of memory loss due to aging and disability. Families can rest assured knowing our knowledgeable health care providers help residents feel at ease, understood, and valued throughout their continuing care journey. St. Andrew’s retirement communities offer residents chef-prepared meals in restaurant-style dining, Worry Less® amenities, and engaging community recreation and wellness programs. Situated on the former site of Tang Dynasty City, St. Andrew’s Nursing Home is a 5-minute walk from SuperBowl Jurong. Located in the tranquil surroundings of the Jurong Lake District, St. Andrew’s Nursing Home caters to residents with general nursing care needs, as well as those with dementia and stable mental health conditions. We care for 300 residents with psychiatric and dementia conditions, providing nursing, therapy and psycho-social activities to improve their well-being. The Springs recognizes the importance that an environment has on our road to healing and recovery. Referrals for admission into both nursing homes can be made through medical social workers of acute care hospitals or polyclinics through the Agency for Integrated Care . Motivated by its vision to provide holistic and person-centered care, the nursing home included a therapeutic garden that is multi-sensory, vibrant and interactive within its compound to enhance the psychosocial wellbeing of its residents. We also have a dementia and therapeutic garden to allow residents to have better quality of life in this safe Nursing Home environment. St. Andrew’s House was established in 1987 on the town centre of Barnoldswick, a friendly small town in East Lancashire and is still owned by the same family. It is a two storey, purpose built, nursing home, originally dedicated to providing full care for young adults with complex medical and physical disabilities. The home has built up an enviable reputation across Lancashire and Yorkshire for its high quality care, by offering a range of health and social care solutions, which now also include older residents. At St. Andrews, we offer a variety of services in order to help each of our patients attain their highest level of functional ability. At St. Andrews Healthcare, our goal is to help our patients stay in contact with their loved ones. Located in mid-city Los Angeles, near Olympia Hospital and California Medical Center, we are committed to accommodating our residents in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. St. Andrews Healthcare offers 59 licensed beds with large, secure, courtyard areas.
Our long association with the local people, participation of our residents in the Disability Access forums, and most local activities makes Barnoldswick a true extension of our home into the community. We are dedicated to the physical, personal, social, and spiritual well-being of each resident. My mother moved into St. Andrew’s almost two years ago, and while she was very worried about the change from living in her home to an apartment, we both feel that it was the best decision she could have made. No more worries about maintaining a home by herself, and rather than spending so much time by herself she is constantly engaged with the activities and programs.
As part of the development to accomodate the prevailing needs of the many elderly residing in the vicinity, St. Andrew's Nursing Home at Queenstown, which is a 5-minute walk or stroll from Queenstown Library, opened in April 2017. It is also a 5-minute bus ride from Redhill MRT station or a 10-minute walk from Queenstown MRT station. Offering both long-term nursing care and dementia care, the nursing home has a spacious activity area and four small day area on every ward level for continual engagement with social and recreational activities. Spiritual needs are also cared for, supported by various pastoral groups.
Twice a week, you can drop by our Inspirational Services for spiritual study and discussion with friends and neighbors.
